Catherine Ong
Artist and Co-FounderCatherine is a certified Somatic Art Coach, trauma-informed, purpose-driven coach, and was voted among the Top 50 Most Inspiring Women by The Rose Project of Haagen-Dazs (2024).
She is the founder of ARKATEORI, a pioneering texture-based art practice studio focused on relational, emotional, and somatic healing. Her signature approach integrates embodied awareness, mindful art-making, and relationship attunement. Creating safe, transformative spaces for individuals and couples to reconnect with themselves and one another. Delivered through her own developed methodologies and tools, now used in trainings and workshops worldwide.
With experience hosting over 3,000 individuals and 1,000 couples, Catherine specializes in relationship-centered work that supports emotional regulation, trauma-aware healing, and meaningful human connection through tactile art experiences.
