Arkateori is a somatic art practice founded by Catherine and Sean Ong, certified Somatic Art Coaches who bring together art, embodiment and human connection.

Their work began from a shared season of grief following the passing of their mother, a lifelong tailor. What started as a personal process evolved into a language expressed through texture, folds, and the quite spaces in between.

Catherine, a self-taught 3D artist recognised among the Top 50 Most Inspiring Women by The Rose Project if Haagen-Dazs (2024/2025), leads the artistic direction. Sean, who first believed in and invested in the vision, grounds and co-curates the practice alongside her.

Together, they create spaces through art where individuals and couples are invited to slow down, reconnect, and find meaning within themselves.
